ZERO-EMISSION POWER PLANT (BSE)
The Zero-Emission Power Plant is several times more efficient than other known energy production solutions on the market. A typical Zero-Emission Power Plant module has a nominal capacity of 5 MW (productivity: 8760h x 5 MW = 43,800 MWh/year) and consists of 10 generators with a continuous capacity of 5 MW, operating stably 24 hours a day. The land use for a 5 MW power plant is very small, approximately 2500 m2. We can build a Zero-Emission Power Plant of any capacity between 1-50 MW by combining multiple smaller modules.
ZERO-EMISSION POWER PLANT 5 MW AND PV – 45 MW PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT
These installations have similar annual energy production and design parameters: BSE – productivity 1 MW = 8760 MWh/year, PV – productivity 1 MW = 1100 MWh/year; investment/plot area for BSE – 0.25 ha for PV – 35 ha; energy production stability for BSE – stable 24 hours a day for PV – unstable/operates only on sunny days; time to obtain PnB for BSE – 0.5 years for PV – at least 1.5 years; the energy produced by BSE and PV is ecological energy.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR THE BSE PROJECT:
- The Zero-Emission Power Plant is located next to the plant/energy consumer, eliminating transmission and capacity charges.
- Energy costs for the end client are 30-50% lower (depending on cooperation conditions) than current market prices.
- Additionally, BSE offers full investment financing without the end client’s capital involvement.
- Land tax is significantly lower due to the small investment area.
At our own expense, we will build the Zero-Emission Power Plant and modernize existing technical installations at your facility, adapting them to use new, ecological energy sources. The benefit for your company is receiving rent for the land used for the investment and the opportunity to purchase energy at preferential rates, with prices 30-50% lower than standard market prices, without incurring any investment costs. An additional advantage is access to fully ecological and zero-emission energy.

In the program the compensation is a one-time amount ranging from 4-11 thousand PLN for each reported house. In the program we offer up to 50% shares in the project company, and in the programs , , and we offer a percentage commission on energy sales for a period of 10 years. The programs described above are directly related to energy production from BSE power plants (except for Program No. 1, which is settled on a fixed amount basis).

The table presents the compensation for Brokers/Agents over a period of 1 year/10 years from energy sales, depending on the installed capacity and the amount of energy production from BSE Power Plants. In programs , , , and , the Broker/Agent will receive a fixed commission from energy sales over a period of 10 years. In the case of the Clean Air+ Program, by reporting 3 to 6 houses (with the value of one report being approximately 8 thousand PLN/house), they can earn a compensation of 20-50 thousand PLN/month.
