The Business Partnership Program is an innovative initiative aimed at establishing a project company focused on implementing a state-of-the-art Zero-Emission Power Plant (ZEPP) project. This program aims to develop zero-emission technologies and environmental protection, while simultaneously creating stable and long-term revenue sources for all involved participants.

PREPARATORY PHASE

In the initial phase of the project, the project company, in which partners hold equal shares, will be responsible for creating the full and comprehensive documentation necessary for the implementation of the Zero-Emission Power Plant. The key tasks of the company will include:

1. Development of Project Documentation: Preparation of detailed technical and operational plans.
2. Obtaining Required Permits: The process of acquiring all necessary administrative and environmental permits, including the crucial Building Permit.
3. Collaboration with Experts: Consultations with industry experts to optimize the project for efficiency and regulatory compliance.

FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Upon completion of the preparatory phase, the project envisions the involvement of an investment fund, which will provide financial support during the construction phase of the Zero-Emission Power Plant. This fund will be a key partner, enabling the full-scale implementation of the investment. The program assumes that business partners will serve as minority shareholders in the energy company created together with the Investment Fund. This stake will allow them to benefit financially from electricity production for up to 20 years. This partnership model is advantageous for all parties, ensuring:

1. Stable Revenue Source: Long-term and predictable profits from zero-emission energy production.

COOPERATION TERMS IN OUR PROGRAMS

In the program the compensation is a one-time amount ranging from 4-11 thousand PLN for each reported house. In the program we offer up to 50% shares in the project company, and in the programs , , and we offer a percentage commission on energy sales for a period of 10 years. The programs described above are directly related to energy production from BSE power plants (except for Program No. 1, which is settled on a fixed amount basis).

FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT FOR ENERGY FROM BSE INSTALLATIONS:

The table presents the compensation for Brokers/Agents over a period of 1 year/10 years from energy sales, depending on the installed capacity and the amount of energy production from BSE Power Plants. In programs , , , and , the Broker/Agent will receive a fixed commission from energy sales over a period of 10 years. In the case of the Clean Air+ Program, by reporting 3 to 6 houses (with the value of one report being approximately 8 thousand PLN/house), they can earn a compensation of 20 – 50 thousand PLN/month.
