FORM – Energy And Hydrogen Hub
The Energy and Hydrogen Hub is an advanced infrastructure dedicated to the production, storage, processing, and distribution of energy and hydrogen as an energy carrier. The key goal of such a hub is to create an integrated system that enables the efficient use of green energy and hydrogen in various sectors of the economy, such as professional and distributed energy, industry, transport, RES installations, local government, and the heat production infrastructure for residential areas and urban heating plants. We implement the solution independently or with partners such as cities, municipalities, counties, or companies with their own RES installations. For partners in this program, we offer shares in an SPV company.
A hydrogen hub represents an innovative solution at the intersection of energy, ecology, and modern infrastructure. It is a comprehensive system centered around the production, storage, processing, and distribution of hydrogen—a clean energy carrier. Its significance grows with global efforts towards decarbonization and the search for sustainable energy sources.
- Purpose and Functions of the Hydrogen Hub: the main goal of the hydrogen hub is to create an efficient ecosystem for hydrogen as an energy carrier that can be used in various sectors of the economy. From energy and industry to transport and urban heating, hydrogen offers the potential to replace fossil fuels, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.
- Hydrogen Production: The hydrogen hub uses renewable energy, such as solar, wind, or hydro potential, to produce green hydrogen through water electrolysis. This process uses electricity to split water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen, offering a clean method of hydrogen production without carbon dioxide emissions.
- Hydrogen Storage: One of the challenges associated with using hydrogen is its storage. The hydrogen hub employs modern technologies to effectively store hydrogen, which allows for balancing supply and demand and ensuring the stability of the energy grid.
- Distribution: Effective hydrogen distribution is key to the success of the hydrogen hub. It develops the necessary infrastructure to transport hydrogen to various consumers, using specialized pipelines, tankers, and hydrogen refueling stations.
- Industry and Technology: Hydrogen can play a significant role in industrial processes requiring high temperatures and in the production of steel, cement, ammonia, and other chemicals, replacing traditional fossil fuels in these processes.
- Urban and Residential Heating: The use of hydrogen in urban and residential heating systems offers an alternative to conventional fuels, potentially reducing dependence on natural gas and lowering the emission of harmful substances.
- Integration with RES: The hydrogen hub closely cooperates with RES installations, integrating hydrogen production with locally available renewable energy sources, which increases energy efficiency and reduces operational costs.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Implementing hydrogen hub projects often requires cross-sector collaboration, combining the efforts of cities, municipalities, energy companies, and industrial firms, which fosters the creation of innovative business models and opens the door to new initiatives.
The hydrogen hub is crucial for accelerating the global energy transition. Investments in these advanced systems contribute to building sustainable and resilient energy infrastructure, opening new opportunities for sustainable development and innovation in many sectors of the economy.
COOPERATION TERMS IN OUR PROGRAMS
PROGRAM NAME: BROKER | AGENT SETTLEMENT METHOD BROKERA/AGENTA: |
---|---|
Clean Air + | One-time payment of 4-11 thousand PLN per house |
ESCO PV for companies | Profit from energy for 10 years |
Energy and Hydrogen Hub | Shares up to 50% in SPV |
Improving RES Efficiency | Profit from energy for 10 years |
Business Energy Transformation | Profit from energy for 10 years |
In the program the compensation is a one-time amount ranging from 4-11 thousand PLN for each reported house. In the program we offer up to 50% shares in the project company, and in the programs , , and we offer a percentage commission on energy sales for a period of 10 years. The programs described above are directly related to energy production from BSE power plants (except for Program No. 1, which is settled on a fixed amount basis).
FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT FOR ENERGY FROM BSE INSTALLATIONS:
Lp. | EXAMPLE BSE INSTALLATION CAPACITY (EXAMPLE): | BROKER / AGENT REMUNERATION | |
---|---|---|---|
FOR 1 YEAR (APPROX.) | FOR 10 YEARS IN TOTAL (APPROX.) | ||
1. | 5 MW | 30 thous. pln | 0,3 mln |
2. | 10 MW | 50 thous. pln | 0,5 mln |
3. | 15 MW | 90 thous. pln | 0,9 mln |
4. | 24 MW | 150 thous. pln | 1,5 mln |
5. | 48 MW | 290 thous. pln | 2,9 mln |
The table presents the compensation for Brokers/Agents over a period of 1 year/10 years from energy sales, depending on the installed capacity and the amount of energy production from BSE Power Plants. In programs , , , and , the Broker/Agent will receive a fixed commission from energy sales over a period of 10 years. In the case of the Clean Air+ Program, by reporting 3 to 6 houses (with the value of one report being approximately 8 thousand PLN/house), they can earn a compensation of 20 – 50 thousand PLN/month.
